EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress. Using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process, helping you move past stuck memories and build new, healthier responses.
-
EMDR may be right for you if you feel stuck in painful memories, struggle with anxiety, trauma, or past experiences that still affect your daily life. If talk therapy alone hasn’t fully helped, or if you’re seeking a deeper way to heal emotional wounds, EMDR offers a structured, evidence-based path to help your brain and body process and move forward. Healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.

EMDR Session Options
Based on your assessment, the frequency and duration of EMDR sessions may vary.I offer 4-week intensives, where we meet twice a week for one month, to provide a more immersive experience.

Families
Every family experiences challenges, and sometimes it can feel hard to find your way back to each other. Family therapy offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect, heal old wounds, and strengthen the bonds that matter most. Whether you're facing tough transitions, communication struggles, or simply want to grow closer, therapy can help your family navigate these moments with greater understanding, compassion, and hope. You don’t have to do it alone — we’ll walk through it together
-
Family therapy can be incredibly helpful if you're dealing with issues like communication breakdowns, unresolved conflicts, major life transitions, or family trauma. It provides a safe space to address past hurts and strengthen relationships. If these challenges are affecting your family's overall well-being, therapy can offer support in healing and rebuilding trust, helping everyone move forward together
-
Family therapy sessions can be conducted either virtually or in person, depending on what works best for your family. The frequency of sessions may shift over time based on symptom improvement or ongoing challenges within the family unit. At times, your therapist may also recommend individual sessions with family members alongside the main family sessions to support the overall healing process.
-
The investment in therapy is different for everyone. Depending on the challenges you're facing, the symptoms you're experiencing, and what emerges during our work, some may need more time to process, reflect, and grow. Therapy is a personal journey, and we’ll move at the pace that best supports your needs and goals

Do you accept bi-weekly clients?
I primarily accept weekly clients, though bi-weekly sessions may occasionally occur as symptoms improve or goals are achieved.
Do you accept sliding scale clients?
Yes, however, spots are limited.
How do I know if were a good fit?
That's a great question! Sometimes 15 minutes isn’t enough to fully determine if we're the right fit. I encourage clients to try a few sessions before deciding whether they’d like to continue
