Hey, I’m Gabriela Fountain. LMFT, parts whisperer, and trauma therapist for teens and adults who are done pretending everything’s fine when it’s clearly not.

I’m not your sister, but I might feel like one (if your sister had EMDR training and didn’t send guilt-trip texts).
